Go for the Creative Cloud

While the PS4 is shinier and more fun, go for the Creative Cloud because it will settle your "debt" to the dev's.

I would never pay for something I can only keep for a while...

If you're going to college soon, I'd wait. Some colleges like mine have agreements with Adobe to provide the Creative Cloud suite for a low price. For me, I could get it for $40 a year.

Creative Cloud. Making stuff is more fun.

I voted for the PS4 mainly because the other was a subscription while the PS4 on the other hand, in a year you will have something to show for the money you spent :)
