Witcher 2 side quest bug?

Hi, I'm stuck in this quest: http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Little_Sisters
when I reached the hut, I went to the beach and talked to the female ghost. then went to the hut. got inside the little hidden underground and took the note. went to the cemetery. after checking the tombstones, the quest said "the mystery of the graves" and there are 2 pointers on map for the quest. one on the beach and another on the hut, there was nothing to do. so I headed back to deathmold and asked him about the letter I found. it seems it was irrelevant to this quest. so I headed back to the hut and did some meditation near the beach hoping the ghost would appear but it didn't. got confused so googled about it. found at some other people got problem with this quest but not exactly like mine. many people mentioned wait until 23:00 and I meditated till then many times but nothing happened. tried other times then. I have done some other quests so I don't like to loose progress. anyone can help?
I forgot to say I looked for Maverick but can't find him
