Train simulator 2012 dont work :(

whenever i try to load a level or tutorial in train sim, as soon as it has loaded the map it crashes straight away. The screen is black and it says an error has occurred would you like to save this dump file.

Iv verified the integrity of the cache and that hasn't fixed it iv also fiddled around with the graphics settings but that hasn't fixed it either :/

note that i am using the haulin USA pack

any suggestions?

Try googling trains 2012 with error code. Sometimes it helped me find threads with such problems.

Perhaps go to the trains official website and post in forums what gets dumped into your file.

I sent an email to support about my problem with the dump file hopefully they will fix it :)
