I don't know how you do it. If I have more then 2 slices of bread for breakfast I feel bloated for the rest of the day. Most days I don't eat anything for breakfast. Just tea or coffee.

Day 6
A much heartier breakfast this day. Apparently Nanning is famous for those rice noodles - and it showed. It was probably the best item in the entire buffet.
Lunch was a chicken sandwich from KFC and an egg tart. Who knew KFC served egg tarts?
And finally dinner was at tan yu. We got some kind of rice cake, and a gigantic pot of fish and other goodies
