Please, help. Cheating on steamgifts or unbelievable luck???

Well the situation:
I made closed giveaways for Alienware people but the problem is one guy won both GA I created. (68 participants) looked at his stat, steam profile and can't believe it is true. What's wrong? Checked his stat. Can't believe in it and smell there's something unfair.

Calling out is against the rules. Also, I don't see anything bad at his stats, just that he has won many gifts.

He entered a total of 35.000GA's... and many of his wins had a low amount of participants.

Anyways, I want his luck x_x
Got 64wins out of 20.000GA's :c

Make at least level 1.
At least it will keep the non-givers out.
Edit: 1500 games, never made one GA ...

If you mean that 200/0 win rate, it is possible, especially if you automate entries.
