1 year? It never showed past s2 in the UK.
If you like the show, just buy the DVDs from the US. Dont cry about it.

Im watching it for the third time because i'm making my wife watch it. We just got to the end of season 4.
I, like you, came to it late, but I didn't want her to watch season 5 before the rest (when I watch it.)
Bryan Cranston is a good actor, though when you watch it more often, his personality arc just goes fucking batshit at the middle of s4. I despise Skylar, and the actresses face and walt jr annoys the bejesus out of me.

This is the best show I've ever watched. I think it tops soprano. It has depth it is beautifully executed. All characters are realistic.

I've watched some awesome shows, but I still consider Breaking Bad to be the best. I'm now watching the Wire, and I've heard some people claim that is the best, so maybe it can change my mind.
Anyway, I always try to recommend Breaking Bad to people who haven't seen it.

So I started watching Breaking Bad recently. I finished Season 3 today, and I figured I'd share my thoughts for so far. There are 2 things I just love about this show:
This shoe goes out of it's way to find the best possible angles to film from. I mean, they put an expensive camera in an RV that was going to be crushed! And then when the camera was ontop of the little automatic vacuum was cool, too. The episode titles are awesome, too. They usually forshadow or reference the episode in some way. And then in Season 2, if you combine the titles of the 4 episodes with the Pinl Bear in the intro, they say "737 Down Over ABQ", which is forshadowing itself. And in the Season 3 finale when Jesse shot Gale, it was superb acting. The way both actors portrayed the entions coming from their characters was amazing.
How about you? What are your favorite aspects of the show?
EDIT: Ooh, another thing I love is that the episodes flow together so smoothly. It's basically a really, really long movie. Infact, sometimes I forgot I was watching a TV shoe and thought I was watching a movie. And again, the cinematics assist with that.
