Question about a giveaway for Skyrim LE

It's up to the giveaway creator. If you don't want users won own the base game to enter, mention it in the description and request a re-roll via support if a winner owns base game.

Skyrim LE is entirely separate from Regular Skyrim. Skyrim LE gives you all the dlc and not base game. If you look at my profile I own Skyrim LE but not Base Skyrim, I would suggest putting in the description: do not enter if you already own skyrim.

I know, I know...but someone had to say it.

As others have said users will still be able to enter for Legendary Edition regardless of what content they own. However support will grant a re-roll if one is requested. Special Edition on the other hand is an entirely separate game and the above wouldn't apply.
