What game, doesn't have to be a good game, would you say has the best graphics on PC?

For a 3 year old game, this is pretty amazing, imho.

For a game with 100 mods installed specially made to make the game look as best as possible... Yeah, looks nice.

I'm still mad that the game is locked at 60 fps.

Are we talking about artistic graphics? or top notch technical graphics?
Because for me, are different things.

Have a nice day :)

all games that use Crytek engine, DICE engine and Criterion engine. Basically EA got best engines companies!

I would say:

Crysis 3 (probably best quality i have ever seen in a non-modded game)

Battlefield 4 (similiar to crysis 3)

Ryse: Son of Rome (has nice quality, i can't max out the settings unlike the previous two)

Bioshock Infinite (too much eye candy, high quality, comparable to the quality of the first two on ultra)

Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor (looks good, but not the best)

I don't mention upcoming games because that's stupid. You never know in the end if what you see is what you get. I've played alot of high quality games, some of them weren't even considered high quality and are outdated, but with maxed settings they look good.

Bioshock Infinite looks really nice, given that it's on the Unreal 3 Engine, which really started to show its age in the last years, but it really isn't among the tips of the lance. Because there are games that came out in 2012 that look much better than it, like Far Cry 3 or Crysis 3. Not to mention that just a few months later Tomb Raider came and completely blew it out of the water. Plus, I've seen games achieve almost the same level of eye-candy with the Unreal 3 Engine a few years back, with much lower system requirements. Prime example of that is Bulletstorm, which looks absolutely fantastic and still holds out today, despite coming out at the beginning of 2011.
