Reroll - a quick question

So if I request a reroll and the support doesn't reply within 7 days, do I have to send the key to the original winner? I think the answer is "yes, I do", just want to be sure. Thanks! ;)

If you got denied reroll request then you have to give winner the game.

If your re-roll request gets denied, then you should send the game to the winner, who would then need to mark it as received (or they would risk a permanent suspension for misuse of giveaway feedback).

Nobody will ban you for not delivering the game if you have reroll ticket waiting in the queue, because that alone serves as a proof that you do have intention of delivering the gift.

So answer is - no, you don't. You can wait as long as it takes, although I'd leave a message for the winner so he knows what is going on.

I think Archi has just answered your question. I can only add a hint that once you've sent the support ticket don't touch it until you'll get reply from support cos every bump sends your ticket at the end of the queue.
