Where can I give away Steam coupons?

I've been making a lot of badges recently, and as a result have a lot of Steam coupons that I'm not going to use. I won't mind giving them away, but I have no idea where to post that so someone can pick them up. Should I post in the trade forums, even though I don't want anything back, since you have to trade them on Steam to give them to someone? Just make a post here in Off-Topic?

I used to give all mine to Archibot. Now I save up and only make badges during summer/winter events where you at least get a card out of it instead of coupons you'll never use.
