No level requirement as far as I can see. Base game is free to play.

Slapshot: Rebound is a physics-based multiplayer game where you play an arcade style match of hockey. No shoot button, no puck glue, no RNG. It’s up to you and your team to take control of the puck, pass, shoot, outplay your opponents. Play with your friends or team up with other Slapshot players!

Activates as 12500 in-game currency [presumably meaning that 2500 == $1]. At present there's the option to spend 5000 in-game currency on a Peace in Ukraine jersey, which states that it donates $1 to the Ukrainian red cross for each purchase. There's currently over 4000 currency code keys showing as still available for the na version of the Alienware site.
