Coupons are not really something people trade since they are easy to come by.
Keep in mind that Coupon Dumpster is not about trading, it's about giving away coupons. You can also request coupons (for free), which you then must use to buy a game for yourself.
Also notice that PID was free once, so if you end up using the coupon to buy PID as a steam gift, you may have trouble trading the game itself...
