If you aren't directly involved in scam activities you might have been indirectly affected (re-trading gifts that were revoked, etc). Steam sometimes blocks several people for suspicious activities.

I heard some achievements are glitched so you cant get them all legally...

So then ask the reason why they banned you..

I looked on your Achievments history in CS:GO - it's enough for me to not believe you because of thet ;) And no - it's not possible to do them all in 1h even using your magic "guides" and best idle servers - especially as you've unlocked glitched ones as well that cannot be unlocked atm otherwise than by cheating ;)

It's not SAM, normally people who used SAM has their achievements unlocked in less than a minute or two, 90 minutes is way too much time

then maybe you bought a stolen item and they banned you?
