technically this bundle isn't even close to meeting the bundle threshold really.... that kinda sux in those regards a little bit.. 90% steam store discounts are better then this.

yet humble monthly is the only one that can get away with that :/

Well, when you buy it during HH for $3.11, you get 4 gift copies of this bundle (if you bought during the first week as well ofc.)
So 3.11 x 4 = $12.44 CV. But yeah, there has been way better bundles CV-wise if one is into that. :p
