Ok I hope I managed to fill it properly and help😺 But, a lot of questions seem really open-ended I think. Might be better to make more of them multiple-choice questions like "what device do you use: 1. Phone 2. PC " etc
Edit: "Do you have any studies" ---> "Are you currently studying?" But ask that after asking "Occupation" Maybe you can just drop those 2 studies questions since you ask for Occupation too?
