Steam will never allow you to buy anything at 100% or more off; they have a safety precaution for that.

Yes, a pricing error. If they'd accidentally made it 99% off, you could have bought it; but 100% off makes it cost -1 cent due to the rounding, and Steam won't let you buy things that would cost negative amounts for obvious reasons.

I got the same thing, but you can't purchase games that cost negative numbers... Too bad it wasn't 99% off. :)

It already happened with some PinballFx2 tables.
They seem to have a 'hide buy button if price is <= 0'
so when they make those mistakes they only render the game unbuyable for a while.
