Thanks both of you. I'm not used to a game not showing the DLC when I use the key or even downloading it. It's only downloading the game. Anyways, I have the DLC apparently.

I entered a giveaway for the Killing Floor Bundle/Complete Pack and won. When I entered the key in steam, all that it was for was Killing Floor + the Defence Alliance 2 mod while I should have received a bunch of DLC as well. Maybe I didn't read through the FAQ or forums thoroughly enough, but I didn't see anything regarding a situation like this. Is there something I should do or do I just mark the gift as not received, since I didn't actually receive the gift that was advertised and the gifter didn't specify.
