Error when trying to get free DLC for //N.P.P.D. RUSH//- The milk of Ultraviolet

Whenever I try to "buy" the PTSD Vol. 2 NPPD Rush - Fan-Made Soundtrack (on this page http://store.steampowered.com/app/270090/) it gives me an error stating that it won't accept my payment method. I have tried changing it from my Steam wallet to my CC. I've tried ordering it as a gift. I yelled at my computer screen. I have been getting the same message for over two weeks now. It's free so I don't know what the issue is. Does anyone else have this problem when trying to get this DLC?

That's because the dlc is free, if you want the soundtrack just download the game, like most games the soundtrack should be in the directory where the game is installed on, usually on a folder called "soundtrack" or "OST"
if you are trying to get it to work on the steam music thingy you also need the game installed

Normally this would be the case but I do have the game installed and there's no soundtrack folder and there's nothing showing on the DLC tab. This one has me stumped.

i can't really check your print screens because they just don't open but i downloaded the game and am in the same situation, can't find the soundtrack
maybe the soundtrack never actually worked but the developer is not aware of if

That might be it. Thanks for trying to help and I think I'm going to say f**k off to TinyPic. I've been frustrated with their service ever since they started taking the Imageshack approach.

i tried that, won't work
also when i try to click the "play" button from the dlc's store page it starts the game, i think that is a problem with steam and not with the developers...

I'm not sure how I missed that post. I've been trying for almost two weeks to figure this one out. Thank you! Looks like they have had this issue since March and still haven't figured out how to fix it yet.
