Not sure if I'm correct, but it's just a estimation of your wins based on total wins and giveaway entry (based total entry).
Someone correct if I'm wrong since I was confused when this got introduced.

It is the summation of the odds from each giveaway that has completed that you had entered in. So in a giveaway, if 50 people enter, and you are one of them, it will go up by 0.02. (1/50=0.02) So EW=(# of completed giveaways entered)/(total entries in all completed giveaways participated in). It has no purpose other than to mock you when you have enough less wins compared to estimated wins. Some people have used it as an indicator to when they are "due to win," but the odds per giveaway don't change based on anything other than the number of entrants.

Basically this number/value is useless and incorrect.

Its just an estimate.

I had won my third game while it still said 2 and now its nearint 4 and its done nothing.

It means nothing. As you can see here, my Estimated wins is almost 5 more than what I have actually won, but that doesn't change anything. All it does is mock me for not winning a Sam and Max Season 1 giveaway that had 2 people in. I mean what? >.> <.<
