In terms of value, I'd say he's getting a slightly better deal, but the reality is both of these games (GTA IV complete and Dark Souls) have been 75-80% off multiple times and you're not losing a whole lot, if any. Each are selling for 2-3 keys each. On TF2Outpost, its a very equal value trade.

If you're planning on playing both, decide which one you want to play more now. Both are deep games with lots of playtime involved.

lol, GTA IV complete is not worth $20. Who pays full price on Steam for anything? Both of these games have hit extremely low price points and the profit is just not there.

Its a very equal value trade. I'd say Dark Souls would be more popular, but even that is a coinflip. There's not much profit to be made on either side of this trade.
