I have tried for 3 days now to get in touch with hem buy 5 emails and 2 calls 2 hrs each with no pickup and they still have not given me any reply. Half my orders didn't go through on the riddick + ghostbusters for absolutely no reason. I might just have to refund everyone. But they wont refund my paypal after like 4 or 5 days! :P well heres a game i found i had on my gamestop account but i don't even own the base game http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/Wv2i1/skyrim-dragonborn

Did they actually take your money? I still have "pending" for my cancelled orders, but I think they should refund in a couple of business days.

I ordered Ghostbusters for myself and got it within a few mins, then I tried to get a gift copy using the same payment method and sending to another e-mail but it was showing pending and they cancelled that order a few hours later stating there was a problem with my payment method (pure bs).

I Sent an e-mail to their support to know what was the actual problem with my payment for them to cancel it because I could actually see that it was authorized on my paypal account and also on my credit card without any problem. In other words it's Gamestop that chose to cancel it for some unknown reason. I got a reply from support saying my address had to be the same on the site and on the payment info.. duh.. it was the same and nothing changed from order 1 to order 2. I replied asking for something better as an answer because this first answer just didn't justify to cancel my order.. they never replied..

Gamestop support is just plain crap.

Taken directly from the Terms and Conditions:

"Any promotional offers on the website are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated."

If I understand your post correctly, whether from your IP address, via ESP, or by reading your tea leaves, they have deduced correctly that you ordered multiple copies, and are well within their rights (per the terms and conditions you agreed to either when signing up to the website, or when placing your order) to deny your subsequent orders.

As for your refund, they have no excuse for dragging their feet on it. Hopefully you get your money back soon :)
