Where are people getting the Villagers And Heroes Halloween Pack?

I know there's a giveaway on GameItems but that's not for the Halloween pack, it's for the Hero of Stormhold pack. Are people intentionally putting down the wrong game to get more points or is there a giveaway for the Halloween Pack as well?

This. The giveaway itself is confusing because it shows the 2014 Halloween picture, but it's actually a different dlc they're giving away.

Yeah, the free giveaway is for other dlc, here. It seems that it says Halloween pack but its some different one.
