I'm pretty sure, that Fanatical will either work with Steam to cancel the revocation or in a worst case compensate folks somehow for the lost games. Not likely though to happen before Easter is over.

Debatable. It's a totally moronic approach that will only make matters worse for them. Whatever their issues with their publisher, punishing/inconveniencing their players is not the right approach. They should be fighting for themselves while trying to protect the players.
I certainly won't be filling in the form they provided, but I will be pushing for another copy of the game or a refund.

So they was "scammed" for about 30k keys.
Now they will send a key if you compile a simple form with an email address.
Form that everyone can compile.

I'm not glad about the whole situation, but the developer was just erased from the steam store page of Overfall (I literally refreshed the page minutes ago to see Gathering Tree developer disappear from the website, but the publisher forgot to erase them from game soundtrack page, so I'm now willing to believe a publisher might be more responsible than we thought.

it's not erased, maybe steam hide this game from store because of your preferences or some excluded tags
(for example steam sometimes hide for me racing games (BlazeRush) because I added "VR" to exluded tags and those games have accidently VR tag)

I literally refreshed the page minutes ago to see Gathering Tree developer disappear from the website
I meant that as - I entered the page, there were 2 different developer companies, I clicked on the publisher, looked at their game list, hit "back", and got on game page again only ot see one of developer companies gone (the one different from publisher). In those 15 seconds it took me to do this, I didn't change any preferences.
One second they were there, and the next they just weren't.

They thought that you meant that the whole game page disappeared, not only the developer of it (that's why they mentioned the tags).

Yeah, Gathering Tree were removed, as you said. I believe the Dev who posted the thread I linked to is from Gathering Tree by the way. His profile pic and name aligns with info from their website anyway.
It also happens that they have a new game releasing soon. At least if Steam allow it after pulling this stunt.
