Season passes generally give you all of the DLCs as they come out, as it did/will do with Borderlands 2.

Not always all of them. Mostly the biggest ones (cointaining new missions and so on).

Yes, the Season Pass for this game is specific and gives you 4 DLCs as they come out.

Most Season Passes give you all DLCs.
