Thank you guys, I emailed support already, but if it's normal for it to take a few hours i'm not too concerned. Largely I was just worried there might've been a typo when I put in my email.

Buying early with bemine and gala is always the same. You're free to wait a bit for them to get everything in order.

Did you check your spam folder?

Its normal, that pretty much happens pretty much on every bundle of them on the first day.

At about the 3 hour mark i heard back from support, and they told me they had no purchase associated with my email. I had to forward them a copy of my my receipt email, and I'm back to waiting for a response. If this is the average indiegala experience, i believe this will be both my first and last purchase from them.

I got it right away, only issue I ran into was that it didn't go to the payment, but just had to use a different browser since NoScript can be funky at times.

I finally got my keys, after about 4 hours. In the sites' defense they did indeed fix it, and it seems like like while they have more than an average amount of technical issues, they do sort things out in the end. From what other people are saying i guess the lesson here is not to buy on day one from this site.
