"RRP" is the "Recommended Retail Price" - the full price of a game in this case. So you only get 18% on full price games.

Before and after logging in. Might be a silver/gold tier kind of thing, or maybe it's region thing. Doesn't really matter since I already own and played it, and it has been bundled a ton of times before.
