I've always had good luck with EVGA and Corsair PSUs. If your budget is $120 give this one a look: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G28N1790

850w will give you plenty of room for any upgrades to your rig that you want to make in the future.

I love EVGA and recently bought myself a 1000W unit.

I have a corsair cs650m 80+ gold, but I've heard plenty of people dislike it (I've no troubles with it)

Some suggest an EVGA one or a cooler master one, be sure it's a reputable brand and with a gold efficiency and you should be good to go :o

Another vote for Corsair. Ordered mine from Amazon, first unit was DOA but it happens to everyone building a machien at some point. Had no issues at all since.

Corsair, EVGA, Antec, Thermaltake are generally good bets. FSP, Cooler Master, Xilence, Enermax are so-so.

You dont need that much Watt with those specs. The GPU will use 140W at most and the CPU 84W.

Coolermaster has some pretty good ones, the one im using atm is:
