Question about region lock

Im living in a country with region lock games. What happens if I activate a key with region lock (of the country Im living) and move to another country, Can I still play/use the game?

I think you can't play that region restricted game with a different IP !

Edit : By different IP i mean another country IP address

You can play it - region locking exists only for buying games (when you buy, steam checks your IP and and your account's country), not the games already in your library.

Depending on the games. Some games will be checked about their connecting IP when playing or updating them, as far as I know.
