Is AC Unity playable yet?

I'm thinking of getting AC Unity - and I'm sure everyone knows how terrible it was at launch. Now, a few months later with a bunch of patches, did it get any better?

Also, my processor is rather weak - 2.66Ghz i5; GTX 760 2GB; 8GB RAM

AC Unity is playable, provided you have the machine to handle it. Whether it is worth playing is another story altogether. Best AC was the Ezio series and that's a fact, everything went downhill from there.

I miss the charm of AC2. Have played all AC games up to Unity and Rogue (own them on uplay), but I find that I buy them later and later lol
