What is the difference between the GOTY and teh Season Pass?

GOTY is all of the DLCs except a couple of the random skin ones. Season pass is all of the story DLCs.

Not quite. GOTY doesn't have UVHM2 or the Headhunter packs or any of the cosmetics

Pay the extra dime and get the GOTY. The season pass doesn't come with the two extra classes as far as I can tell...

Oh, OK I didn't know about GOTY added more classes, I thought that it was just all the things in the Season Pass and a bunch of skins

Well in the US at least, the GOTY is 10 cents more than the season pass
