Hi i sent game worth of 19.99$ and it still shows i contributed 0 when i try to enter to a contributers only giveaway

That's strange, your profile shows your Contributor value just fine.
You get the CV after the winner marks the gift as "Recieved", but I see they have done that already... Are you sure you're entering only giveaways with less than 19,99$ required?
