Also in Brazil we celebrate "Sweetheat's Day" on the 12th because on the 13th it's Saint Anthony's Day and here he is celebrated as a Saint for causes related to marriage. :)

It's Helsinki Day in Finland today. Well actually, if you're in Helsinki it was yesterday. But in the U.S. it's today. How is this relevant to a yank? It's not. I just looked up what special events were on June 12th and decided on this one because Finland seems like a cool place.
