Ended Giveaway Question

Okay, so I won a giveaway 3 days ago and haven't received the game. I checked my email; nothing. I even added the person who made the giveaway on Steam, but he blocked me. And, he's on right now. And he made like 7 giveaways this week and ALL of them say awaiting user response... Probably not real giveaways? :/

I think the general consensus is to not add the person unless it's nearing the end of a week since the giveaway ended. It's seen as a bit pushy or annoying if the winner reaches out first. Wait four more days and then marked not received and move on.

If he blocked you on Steam, you can try to add him with a fake Steam account (be sure to upload an avatar of a young girl), then when he accepts you and you finally get his attention, threaten him to gift you the game asap. If he won't collaborate, just mark it as not received.
