well as atated before - With your 0 contribution value you sadly cannot :( 1st you need to have 100-200$ contrib b4 you apply and still they can reject you. Best is to get at least 200$+ contrib to be sure you get accepted, as after 1st reject you cannot apply for 3 months :(
