I'm sorry about your loss. Some people will not like it, but you don't have any obligation to play your wins, unless the giveaway creator said he expect you to play the game. (for example, he wrote something like please don't join if you don't intend to play the game in the description)

Sorry about your loss :(. As everyone else said, don't feel guilty about this sort of thing. You won those games to have fun and play them on your own time, and no one should tell you when to play the games that you own. I hope you start to feel better soon and know that we all understand.

I had a very close relationship with my granddad and felt the same when he died too. It is fucking depressing.

But eventually in time, you take comfort in, that every moment spent and memories he shared is still with you. In a way, he passed but his very essence is with his loved ones. yeah.

Considering you've only won 45 games, I'd say people would be crazy to give you crap about not playing your wins. There's probably over 45 of your games that you sent out that never got played, so I think you're all good. Still, you made an effort to reach out to the community, so that's sweet.

We've all had days where we feel like we can't really play anything. I'm actually currently in one of those phases myself, but I know it'll pass and I can go back to beating my backlog someday. Just needs some more time!

Just focus on yourself for now. I hope you get over the depression, it's not a fun place to be.

Don't think about the BLs. Got to admit that I'm also considering the possible reasons when new BLs appear, but firstly there are way more important things in life and secondly you can't make it right to everyone. Also usually it's only a very small number compared to the amount of active users.

Regarding playing the wins: Noone knows how much free time, other hobbies, friends or duties you have. As long as you don't enter with the intention to never play it, that's okay. Of course, if a creator actually points out that the game should be played very soon, I wouldn't enter.
