Puzzle Agent and Multiple copies

i've got a few questions, i'll hope you can help me.

1.If i create a giveaway of 2 or 3 copies, my con rate will be tripled (for ex. if i send 3 copies of eets will i get 10$ con rate or 30$ con rate?)

2.can i create a giveaway of puzzle agent of eets?

Yes it will you will get CV for each copy. However, if you created more than one giveaway for Eets, Puzzle Agent and World of Goo you are likely to have them deleted.

What's wrong with eets? I saw the game is in the "exploited" list but IDK why. I know about Dota 2/The Ship/Metro 2033, but not about this one.
