Steam guard question

It is possible to send a gift for account without steam guard? This person cant trade, so maybe this will work.

Sending a gift though rather than trading a gift might result in scam... maybe there is a reason your trade partner has a brand new account that hasn't steam guard enabled yet. Just saying.

Just go to your Steam inventory and click that game and click "Send gift..."

gift the game, or get them to reset computer, might fix steamguard.

Steamguard seems to occasionally trip out for silly but thoroughly innocent reasons...reinstalled OS, new hardware, changing ISP. It'll pull its head out of its backside soon enough.
