Idea for a post came as soon, as I got to know that my best-friend turned vegetarian. Just FYI.

If it was me who received them - a big culinary quest to create dishes from each and every country on the world so that I won't use the same recipe twice (or they won't be too similar to each other).

You didn't say you were going to use them before they started rotting. ;)

what honestly happened to the rest of the chickens? I imagine lots of chickens walking about w/o their breasts and feel sorry for the things.

Well in Minecraft...
150 eggs, with the normal spawn rate, will give you an average of around 20.5 chickens (with a 31/256 chance of spawning one and 1/256 chance of spawning three)
200kg of chicken breast, with an average weight of around 200 grams, works out to about 1000 (!!!) chicken breasts! When eaten uncooked (since there isn't any input for fuel for cooking) heals an average of 2 hunger each, healing 2000 hunger in total, enough to fill the hunger bar 200 times over!

You couldnt do anything decent with that proportion, 3 eggs for 4 kg of chicken breasts isnt enough, at least 1 egg to 1 kg
