Thoughts on XCOM : The Bureau ? +Some other hidden game deals

Hey guys, I need an unbiased review of XCOM The Bureau, it seems like a fun top down squad shooter but everyone is hating on it, is there a reason why, I want to buy it but after all the meh reviews I'm kinda holding it back.

I'm so happy it was released when I had tons of free time so I don't regret not playing other games instead (stupid life).
But today I wouldn't pick it. And that's why I probably won't learn how Dragon Age first trilogy (or did they already announced it won't be a trilogy?) will end.

it was good, but stupid short, i completed it in around 10 hours.

could have had more of a variation in gameplay though.
