Did it not say anything about a region restriction in the Keys section or something? And may I ask which country does the person you've given the key to, live?

This key is not available in the following countries: BO, HN, BR, BS, KG, BY, BZ, CN, NI, PY, PA, TJ, RU, PE, TM, GT, CO, VE, CL, AM, EC, GF, GE, AR, GY, CR, AZ, MD, UY, UZ, SR, SV, KZ, UA. If the person you're gifting this to lives in one of them, Steam might prevent the key from being used.

Hi. I'd like to get the current Humble Monthly but I live in Asia and I don't want to get an Asia/SEA-Locked version of DiRT Rally because I'm not interested in it and I plan to trade it. I just want to try subscribing to get the surprise titles in the bundle while I have extra balance in my PayPal.
I'm thinking of sharing my Humble account info with my relative at Middle East and letting him buy it for me instead. But I'm still not sure if that'll give me a ROW key. I've searched the packages of DiRT Rally on SteamDB and all I see is 4 regions: China, RU/CIS, South America, and I'm guessing the last one is ROW. (But where is the SEA region package?)
Can someone help me clarify this? Thanks.
