Not quite. There is a predetermined "value" for the levels which has no bearing to what you've given before. I'll link it in a sec.

So if i understand it right, i have to giveaway games in the value of $25.00 to get level 2 ? And sorry, if this question was asked before. I tried to find an answer by using the search function and of course I've read the FAQ. But in the FAQs there's not listed that I have to giveaway games in the value, that are shown in the thread revilheart mentioned.
