There was Panzer Corp bundle which has approximately 85% discount at highest tier... All those DLC bundles only have 66% discount, slightly cheaper than regular sale price.

It was part of a Humble bundle last year, also in Tier 1, also for $1. So you missed out twice. :)

That seems to be a mistake though. Only the 'Veterans Skins Pack' dlc was given out. Main game likely removed to avoid mislabelings. When reintroducing the 0cv games that info was lost I'd guess.
