typing of the dead is the only one i know
edit: here it is, totd: overkill

It's quite good, though there's only so much you can do with the concept, so between that and the lengthy duration, it does get boring after a while. I guess you could say the same of the non-typing version. Still, great value.

have typoman https://store.steampowered.com/app/336240
but is NOT about typing,is about move letters with physic

True, but it is really nice and you have to juggle letters to form words to influence your surroundings. I like it.
(While Textorcist is quite difficult, at least for me and my two left hands...)

I enjoyed Epistory. There is a newer game from the dev of Epistory called Nanotale - Typing Chronicles, but I haven't played it. I think the only other typing game I own is The Textorcist: The Story of Ray Bibbia, but I haven't played that yet either.

Nanotale - Made by the creators of Epistory; & Type Knight are the only ones I can think of.

typing of the dead : overkill https://store.steampowered.com/app/246580/The_Typing_of_The_Dead_Overkill/ - really fucking good game
the textorcist : https://store.steampowered.com/app/940680/The_Textorcist_The_Story_of_Ray_Bibbia/ - gets incredibly hard to do solo sometimes as it is also a bullet hell, it is really good for couch co op as one can move the dude and the other types!
KeyWe : https://store.steampowered.com/app/1242980/KeyWe/ - you kinda type, but you use 2 kiwis to do so and they are adorable
Backspace Bouken : https://store.steampowered.com/app/1097170/Backspace_Bouken/ i always wanted to try it, it seems cool. please if you play it let me know what you think! ^W^

I played with something like this in the past at some event in SG.
(Not Steam)

No, no, no, it's not my event.
I think that event was something like putting up 100 rankings with SG members and sending games to the winners.
I am actually not very good at typing in "English", but I can type three times faster than the human average in oriental characters....
I think I asked if I could apply for it, but was told that it was only in English, so I declined.ヾノ'Θ'o)
📝:((TypeRacer Profile)
Including the number of times I played then, I have only played about 20 times.

Zork Anthology is a classic typing game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/570580/Zork_Anthology/
by the same publisher that released Zork, here's Leather Goddess of Phobos (not on steam): https://www.myabandonware.com/game/leather-goddesses-of-phobos-1nw
i know there are other games by Infocom that utilize typing as the main mechanic but i can't remember their titles right now, sorry.

the games recognize an expansive list of commands, so you're not like writing a creative novel in but you do have unrestricted choices in how to approach puzzles and to travel from location to location.

Crimsonland's Typ'o'Shooter game mode.
Here's an example of gameplay.

I highly recommend Letter Quest: Grimm's Journey Remastered.
Although it is mostly a word finding game, it does require typing accurately and not slowly in order to do well.

So steam claims I own one typing game (Hacknet), which I get, but still... it wasn't my game.
Since I really like typing as (another) hobby, I thought about looking into typing games, but apart from "Epistory" I just don't know any typing games! shock
Do you have any nice suggestions for me?
Thank you in advance <3
