Bioshock Infinite is pretty amazing! One of the more modern ones too.

call of duty ghost! Brilliant game.

Solitaire's plot twist was the best.

I didn't really enjoy the story in Dragon Age and The Walking Dead. Bland, cliche, uninspired both of them imho.

Mafia 1 as my all time favourite. Also, Knights of the Old Republic 2, Bioshock, Bioshock Infinite, Sanitarium, Braid, Fahrenheit (first half), The Witcher 1, Planescape Torment.
