sell cards or craft badges?

Unless you want more stuff to show off on your profile, just sell them.

Selling cards gets you money.

Crafting badges gets you a graphic in your profile that hardly anyone views.

Unless you're a collector you did a smart thing by selling them.

I haven't sold any cards but I was thinking about it. I was wondering when you sold a card does steam take the card from my inventory and deposits the money in my wallet when it sells or do I and the buyer have to get together and do this?

Why not both? I'm selling all mine but Im also using the cash to buy cards to make badges to lvl5 (me and a friend have sort of a comp going to, Im the highest atm)

It's up to you, I craft only for games that I really liked.

Its a shame they are really only worth about a dime each but even so get enough and you basically have either a discount on your next game or a free game or few.

On some games collecting cards and crafting them can get more money but you should choose them so carefully i sold a really big sky background for 3.45 and also unpack the booster pack of this game and sold two of the cards for 0.8$ i think and after 2 or 3 days game bundled and card prices dropped:)

I did sell them in the start of the beta, when the prices where really high. Now they are so cheap that I just sell the dupes and use that money to buy missing cards to make the badges.

Uh... Ok i have a lot of these cards, and i keep reading about sell it or trade it, were i do that?

if you sell a card can you get it again from playing the game? Or is that card gone forever unless you buy another one from the market?

Sell, unless that is my favorite game cards.

at my opinion, there's some cards that worth selling (like they bleed pixels cards, which cost up to half of a dollar) and crads that you'd better not sale cause you'll not get any profit out of the deal ( like summersale cards or tf2 cards)

Both, I sell 1/4 of the cards I get on some games I just don't care for so when I have gaps for a badge I can usually get enough from the sales to pick up a few cards I want. Better than doing a 1 for 1 card trade.

I sold enough cards to get Dishonored and one of its DLCs. When it was on sale. Also, a kind friend gave me all his cards. I sold those, too.

I bought all Rush Bros cards --> Crafted badges --> Got rare background --> Sold it for 10€ --> Happy Pineapple! :)

Well, all these card are just a stuff for kids or weird collectors, I don't care about collecting some pictures at all. I'm selling every card I get.

I have sold almost all the cards, that I've gotten. I've made around 100€ so far, which I have spent on games :)

Sell expensive cards, buy super cheap badges. I finished some badges for like 30 cents because i dropped 3 of 5 cards. SO overall i made around 50€ and got ~8 badges for pretty much nothing.

So yea, sell em :P
