Hello my fellow SteamGifters!

During the Steam Cleaning event I installed the free weekend version of Cities: Skylines and uninstalled it later that day.

But I now see that when I go on the store page of the game it's still marked as already bought. In my library, licenses and recent buys it isn't listed, so I can't remove it somewhere. Unfortunately my SG account also marks it as "exjstjng" which means that I could enter for the DLC but I can't enter GAs for the main game at the moment.

The same problem also occurs for Castle Crashers

Do you have any idea if this is just temporary or how I can get the games from account?

I think it lasts until the event's done. Usually, when you keep it installed, there's a countdown next to the entry in your library.

Ditto for Tyranny in my account. Not visible in the client any more, but still marked as owned at the store. Let's hope it will refresh in due (valve) time.

Did you remember to sync? I had downloaded C:S to try (never got to it), so I was able to reproduce this. I didn't find an active giveaway I could enter for the base game, but there are GAs for the Snowfall DLC. After deleting the game's local files, it still acted as though I had the game, but after I clicked "Sync with Steam" it correctly reports that I do not have the base game on the DLC's GA page.

Go to account/licences and click remove next to it. https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/

Yes they are both listed there

Purchased: May 24 @ 8:31pm
Cities: Skylines Free Weekend - May 2018
Total $0.00

guess I will wait a day if it will be removed and if not I'll write the support.

Thanks for your help :)

+1, I think it's the same for everyone. It probably just takes some time (a few hours?) to update these things.

Tyranny is no longer shown as owned for me, so maybe it's fixed.

It's a known bug with Steam and free weekends, you can force an update/refresh by finding a free (or free to play) game and "purchasing" it so it gets added to your library (marked as owned).

This has been the case since forever and will continue to be as long the Steam API is like that. Iif you don't use the freebie game addition trick, it will be removed from your account on its own in a week or so after the free period ends.
