Hello, a month ago I created a giveaway for the game F.E.A.R. 2 and sent to the winner an email with a link to redeem it. This user confirmed to me by email that he received the gift and was very happy, but didn't bother to leave a "received" feedback, despite my request to do so. Is there something I can do to see my gift recognized as sent and received?
