Links leads to Fileice. The site gives you access to the file after you fill surveys asking you for personal information and phone numbers. There is no guarantee on the contents. New accounts are defensively suspicious. The site mines personal information most likely to send out spam later.
I suggest a rule: giveaways linking to Fileice, and similar sites, are required to have a disclaimer underneath.

I wouldn't care if both the giveaways didn't scream of being totally fake anyways.
I'd definetly say some sort of rule regarding links needs to happen. If you're advertising on public giveaways perhaps getting the OK from the admins should be required, or at the very least some positive feedback from a few public giveaways should be required before being able to do so.

Aha, it seems that I'm not the only one using the "4. Profit" meme.
Besides that, I can never join that giveaway since "No offers available for your country at the moment". And it's probably the same for most of the countries.
I said that the altruism in the site is dying bit by bit and advertisement is gaining in the past. And please don't say filter them or just don't join, ignoring problems on internet never solved any.

So I seen some PUBLIC giveaways that has been advertising GPT links to private giveaway games on SteamGifts (Example: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/TXxsd/call-of-duty-black-ops) Image: http://i.imgur.com/pCl3H.jpg
I know it's optional and private, but what do you guys/gals think about it? It's like saying you have to pay 25 cents for an entry (I don't know how much they make off the GPT)
For those that doesn't know what a GPT is: http://www.squidoo.com/GPT-site
Some GPT offers asks sensitive information.
If the giveaway becomes popular and a lot of people complete the GPT offer then the person giving away the game might make more money than the price of the given away game itself.
EDIT
What if the person created a fake giveaway just to advertise to make money?
