Groups for specific region, (like North America in my case)?

Hi all, with all of the regional restrictions in games, I was wondering if there are any groups that focus just on specific regions for giving these games away (like a few of the recent humble bundles)? Specifically North America in my case. thanks in advance

I've seen some Germany only groups because of their insane censorship, but I really havent seen any US only really.

Well, the rates we are going, we may need an EU+NA or separate EU and NA regions here… Or revamp the region restrictions to have checkboxes instead.
