You don't get discounts in bundles for being on choice. VAT varies by country so some places in the Eurozone get different pricing.

That's exactly what happens though. Divide by the VAT rate per country and the same base price remains for € countries.
Germany: 20.45€/1.19=17.18€
Netherlands: 20.79€/1.21=17.18€
France: 20.62€/1.2=17.18€
So much about "don't kid yourself", eh?
Edit to cover your own edited examples:
Croatia: 21.48€/1.25=17.18€
And it seems Romania has a 16% VAT for digital games, to also reach a base price of 17.18€ without VAT.

Ok, thanks for the explanation but it didn't match with the numbers shown in the checkout page on humble, also steam charges me 21% VAT.
Since 01.08.2025 the VAT went to 21% i know for groceries and other basic necessities it's 11%.

Interesting, I have no idea what Humble is calculating there and I also don't know why they picked a 16% rate for Romania.
But my calculations are correct. They represent the correct VAT for all countries (but Romania) and the base and end prices are all exactly what they should be.

My guess why Humble's own calculations at the checkout differ from the 17.18€ base price I calculated, is that they might have adapted their calculations to represent the part spent for charities.
It seems they made this way more complicated than necessary.

5/7 were bundled once (or never) - they aren't "rebundles" in that they are not in numerous, but single ones which has not affected their value.

While not a bad selection, they had to bring something new to the table to justify the asking price. And they only found ST: Extermination which looks rather unappealing and it's probably the worst title in the selection, all others being re-bundles. I can't imagine too many people buying this one.

Try to come up with an answer yourself. It's not that hard.

- If he wanted them, it's possible he already has them from previous bundles.
- If he was not interested in buying them, it's possible he did not get them back then on purpose. So them appearing now is once again a con.
- Both things above are superpowered due to rebundles being a massive majority in this bundle.
- They take up space that could otherwise be taken by new, unbundled games.
All in all, I understand playing the devil's advocate, since in vacuum, this is a really good deal if you want all of these games.
But this bundle does not exist in vacuum. Instead, it offers games mostly to people who buy bundles. And such people have much higher chance of having already gotten at least some of these games before in other bundles. And plenty of them frequent forums on this site, leading to them commenting here with their sentiments.
As such, complaints about rebundles come from place of reason.

Too bad it's only Standard Edition of Doom Eternal, without the expansion DLCs. Price of this bundle is also not very convincing to buy it and since I own Prey Digital Deluxe and Black Mesa already, then 1st tier isn't just worth it. I really regret that I haven't bought Doom + Wolfenstein bundle from the last year, because it was very good if it comes with what it offered (for me specifically, because I like Doom and Wolfenstein series) and the price.

Unfortunately not, people aren't buying the bundle so there are no reports of the subs that are included. Black Mesa, Prey, and Starship Troopers Extermination have no known region locked subs that i could find so those ones probably activate worldwide.

Starship Troopers Extermination is definitely region locked. 2 days ago I did a trade with someone from South America (Brazil) and the key he gave me cannot activated in my account (Greece, EU) as I'm getting this error: Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Two of the publisher's other games (Squad, Squad 44) have at least these subs: Worldwide, LATAM (no Mexico), Russia, Germany, Turkey, China, and Asia. In theory, a US or European key would work for you.

If you bought the bundle they should be willing to give you a replacement key or a refund (unless you used a VPN while making the purchase). If you can't do anything with it maybe consider donating the key to SteamDB
